MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do your packages include the session fee? Yes, but $250 of the package will be considered a non-refundable retainer fee and will be kept if you cancel your session, no show to your session or are more that 45 minutes late to your session and I have to cancel it.
How long does a newborn session last? A newborn session can last 1-3 hours. Consider us in baby time while in the studio.
Can I bring my own props? You may bring 1-2 items that are special to you but I will be providing the rest. I have acquired high quality, expensive props for the studio. Due to covid, I no longer allow more that 1-2 items to be brought in. My props are sanitized before each use.
When do you shoot newborn sessions? I photograph newborn sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. An occasional Friday is available for those babies that miss their original session due to an early or late birth. Whether we reschedule is up to the photographer.
Do you sell individual digital images? We only sell individual digital images after 1 package has been purchased. Pricing per digital is based off that package.
How long does it take for you to edit my images? Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for editing. When its slower I edit in 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer any discounts to Police, Firemen, Army, Marines, Navy, etc? Yes, we do! We offer $75 off of your Mini session(not during the months of October-November), $100 off a Full or $150 off the Lux.
Are payments due in full at booking? Yes, we only save your session date if the payment is made in full. You may cancel at any time but a $250 non refundable retainer fee will be kept if you cancel, no show to your session or are more than 45 minutes late to your session. Those are due in full and the full amount is non refundable, but you may reschedule it for February-April as long as you were not a no show or late at all to your session. (We reserved the right to retain more than $250 if we purchased any special items for your session. We often will purchase a custom outfit based off the information given.)
Why do I not get all of my money back if I cancel? If you cancel, we lose a full days pay. We can not book that date at all.

Where are you located? My studio is located in North Phoenix near 67th Ave and Happy Valley Road with easy access to both the I-17 and the 101.
