MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What is a session fee and why do I have to pay it? When you buy a package, that package is purchasing images and/or products. A session fee covers your actual session. Your session fee helps pay for an assistant for safety if needed, props that I purchase for your session, my time in the studio plus my editing time. It is non refundable, as I can not gain that time back, money I have may pay a sitter,get back my hourly wages I pay my employee, money back on props I have spent or the 5-10 hours I will spend editing.
How long does a full newborn session last? They can last up to 3-4 hours to allow for feedings and posing.
Do I have to bring props? No, I have a ton of props but you are more than welcome to bring them too!
Do you have sessions on the weekends? The ONLY sessions I do on the weekends are outdoor evening sessions on Sundays. I do NOT shoot newborn sessions or child sessions on a weekend, unless it is a prearranged mini session.
Does the session fee come with any prints or digital image? No it does not. The session fee covers your session, mine and my assistants time, props and editing time.
Do you sell digital images? Yes, I do. Please view the packages available.
Do you sell individual digital images? No, I do not. Digital images are only available as a package.
How long does it take for you to edit my images? Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for editing. When its slower I edit in 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer any discounts to Police, Firemen, Army, Marines, Navy, etc? Yes, I do! I waive the session fee. The session fee will be taken to hold your session but it will be deducted from your final purchase. You must be currently serving in these positions to qualify.
Do you ever offer discounts? Yes, on occasion but not regularly. You best bet is to follow me on facebook, where I normally post any deals, specials or discounts.
Where are you located? My studio is located in North Phoenix near 67th Ave and Happy Valley Road with easy access to both the I-17 and the 101.
